Money Marketing Awards 2012

Money Marketing Awards 2012It is a very big week for the team here at Informed Choice.

The Money Marketing Financial Services Awards 2012 take place on Thursday evening in London and we get to find out how we performed in two categories.

Informed Choice is on the shortlist for the prestigious IFA of the Year award and also Best Use of Technology by an Adviser.

We are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for these two important awards.

Here is the reminder of the shortlisted firms in each category:

IFA of the Year

-Atkinson Bolton Consulting
-Baigrie Davies LifeSearch
-Informed Choice
-Redbourne Wealth Management
-RSM Tenon
-Wingate Financial Planning

Best Use of Technology by an Adviser

-Informed Choice
-JLT Employee Benefits Group
-Mazars Financial Planning
-Positive Solutions
-The Investment Coach
-Thomsons Online Benefits

Informed Choice last won IFA of the Year at the Money Marketing Awards 2010. To the best of our knowledge, no IFA firm has managed to win the award twice in its 22 year history.

We enter awards like this as an independent test of our proposition, standards and service levels. It is a good way to expose our business practices to an independent panel of judges and to receive valuable feedback on areas where we can improve.

Naturally we like to win a trophy from time to time as well!

Members of the team from Informed Choice are hosting a table at the awards ceremony on Thursday night and attending along with some special guests.

No doubt the results will be published on Twitter as they are announced on the evening. Please keep an eye on @informedchoice for news as it arrives.

Our best wishes go to all of those shortlisted firms and our thanks to the judges and sponsors of the event.

Fingers crossed!
