Informed Choice has a job vacancy for a Practice Manager to join our team in Cranleigh, Surrey.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Practice Manager will:

-plan and implement change management projects in the business;

-determine and implement the outsourcing arrangements for key non-client facing business activities;

-improve the business systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of client services;

-capture data needed for regulatory reporting purposes.

Our ideal candidate will

-have worked in an FCA authorised and regulated Financial Planning firm in a supervisory or managerial role, or in a Solicitor or Accountancy firm;

-have the ability to analyse the firm’s existing systems and processes and determine how they might be improved;

-have a high level of communication skills and the ability to explain to team members and convince them why any changes are required;

-be able to construct simple and clear plans in respect of any change management needed and be able to present those plans to the team;

-be able to implement any agreed changes in a timely and accurate manner.
