Informed Choice win the Gold Standard Award

We are pleased to announce that Informed Choice has won the Gold Standard for Independent Financial Advice at the Gold Standard Awards 2011.

This is the fifth time that Informed Choice has received this accolade at the prestigious Gold Standard Awards.

Now in their ninth year, the awards are dedicated to identifying firms in the financial services sector that can demonstrate a strong structure and are committed to excellent standards of service.

The Gold Standard Awards are one of the toughest awards to achieve. As well as taking into account financial strength, the awards assess areas such as trust, fair value and service as well as capability to conduct business.

Commenting on the winning entry from Informed Choice, the judges said:

“Informed Choice displays outstanding communication and development processes. Clear client service delivery strategy that is well thought through. Also has a keen eye on financial advice needs in the future and has structured its business proposition accordingly. A very professional firm.”

The awards were presented this afternoon at a ceremony in the House of Commons, attended by Informed Choice executive director Nick Bamford and other members of the team.
