Our IT systems are fully restored

Following a period of disruption, we’re pleased to report that our IT systems are now fully operational.

Our hosted IT provider, who looks after several hundred businesses, restored our systems without any loss of data.

It’s worth restating that there is no evidence that any data was breached during this systems failure.

We have, however, reported the incident to the Information Commissioner, our regulator and our insurer.

While there is no evidence of any data breach during this incident, it always makes sense to maintain a high level of vigilance and use every available security tool, including strong passwords (that are frequently changed) and two-factor authentication, where this tool is available.

Because we spent a couple of weeks without access to our operating systems, the team is understandably now working hard to catch up with their workload.

We’re experiencing some seasonal illnesses within the team, which is further compounding these delays, so please do bear with us as we get back to our usual service standards.
