Seymours is Surrey’s leading independent estate agents, with 14 offices across the county.

They have more offices appointed by the Guild of Professional Estate Agents to represent them than any other independent estate agent in the area.

Nick chatted to Ian about the local property market, what attracts buyers from South West London to Cranleigh and his experiences as an estate agent.
